About
ORO PASTA
Not all fresh pasta is created equally!
ORO Pasta is crafted with only two ingredients: coarsely ground semolina flour, made from the finest quality durum wheat harvested and milled right here in the prairies, and water.
For an authentic taste and texture, we choose semolina. It's rich in flour protein, high gluten content, and abundant nutrients allow us to craft ORO Pasta the way it's meant to be made. We then extrude it through traditional bronze dies, creating a rough, porous texture on the surface of each noodle, perfect for even cooking and soaking up sauce.
