Our talented Chef Khesh and mixologist Matt Lyon will be preparing an exquisite three-course meal paired with expertly crafted cocktails.
This unique experience is designed to enhance your culinary and mixology skills, while taking a break from the dishes.
Upon arrival, a warm welcome awaits with a small espresso martini, followed by our three-course meal.

Appetizer: Scallop Ceviche with Yuzu Kosho, Basil Oil Lemon Gelee and Puffed Wild Rice

About your instructor
Chef Khesh Gooriah
Well before becoming a Sous Chef at PYRO Wood-Fired Kitchen & Bar, Chef Khesh’s interest for the culinary arts was first ignited at a very early age while helping his mom back in Mauritius.
Completing a 3-year apprenticeship at the Ecole Hôtelière Sir Gaëtan Duval gave Chef Khesh a strong foundation in classical French cuisine. Over the next two decades, he would collaborate with and learn from Michelin Star, Bocuse d’Or, and Meilleur Ouvrier de France-winning chefs around the world.
Driven to create exceptional dining experiences at PYRO, and sharing his culinary knowledge through engaging cooking classes, Chef Khesh finds balance and joy in family life and playing soccer.

Enter through the South Entrance: Proceed straight towards the back of the building. L'OCA Labs is located just to the right of PYRO Pizzeria & Rotisserie.
Enter through the West Entrance: Proceed straight, past the green automobile in the produce department, turn left and continue towards the back of the building. L'OCA Labs is located just to the right of PYRO Pizzeria & Rotisserie.
