Put on an apron, and step into L’OCA Labs for Bread & Butter, a hands-on baking class led by our highly acclaimed bakers, Stephen Nason and Nuwan Hewamanage.
In Bread & Butter, you’ll be guided through the step-by-step process of how to mix, shape, and bake your own loaf of L'OCA's famous Country Sourdough.
Made with just three simple ingredients – flour, salt, and water – L’OCA Sourdough contains only delicious goodness, without any preservatives or additives.
And, while you’re waiting for your fresh-from-the-oven sourdough creation, our bakers will walk you through how to make your very own Herb de Provence-infused compound butter to take home and enjoy.
All work will be done in pairs. Those without a partner will be paired with another single participant.

Enter through the South Entrance: Proceed straight towards the back of the building. L'OCA Labs is located just to the right of PYRO Pizzeria & Rotisserie.
Enter through the West Entrance: Proceed straight, past the green automobile in the produce department, turn left and continue towards the back of the building. L'OCA Labs is located just to the right of PYRO Pizzeria & Rotisserie.
