Start the evening with a welcome glass of Prosecco, and then sit back and watch as Chef Khesh prepares a truly special Valentine’s Day dinner before your eyes.
Amuse Bouche
Beef Tartare served atop a golden-crisp Rosti, and topped with a decadently rich Truffle Aioli.
Appetizer
Confit Salmon with Lime and Sea Salt, served with Blood Orange Consommé and Fennel Salad.
Main
Foie Gras Stuffed Chicken, carved tableside and served to share, accompanied by Parisienne-cut root vegetables glazed in a velvety Porto Sauce.

A delectable surprise collaboration from Chef Khesh and the L'OCA bakers to satisfy your senses.

About your instructor
Chef Khesh Gooriah
Well before becoming a Sous Chef at PYRO Wood-Fired Kitchen & Bar, Chef Khesh’s interest for the culinary arts was first ignited at a very early age while helping his mom back in Mauritius.
Completing a 3-year apprenticeship at the Ecole Hôtelière Sir Gaëtan Duval gave Chef Khesh a strong foundation in classical French cuisine. Over the next two decades, he would collaborate with and learn from Michelin Star, Bocuse d’Or, and Meilleur Ouvrier de France-winning chefs around the world.
Driven to create exceptional dining experiences at PYRO, and sharing his culinary knowledge through engaging cooking classes, Chef Khesh finds balance and joy in family life and playing soccer.
