As a former seafood buyer in Japan's fish markets, Chef Hiro possesses a keen eye for fresh, high-quality ingredients.
With over two decades of experience, Hiro honed his skills at one of Vancouver's most renowned sushi restaurants before joining us at L'OCA Quality Market.
His expertise is evident in every roll he creates, and Chef Hiro is eager to introduce even more of his signature dishes to our menu.
Enter through the South Entrance: Proceed straight towards the back of the building. L'OCA Labs is located just to the right of PYRO Pizzeria & Rotisserie.
