A welcome glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic beverage will be served upon arrival, and additional beverages will be available for purchase a la carte throughout the class.

‘Petits Gâteaux’ literally translates to ‘small cakes’ in French, but don’t let their size fool you—if prepared properly, these desserts can offer BIG flavour in every bite!
Join us inside L’OCA Labs for Petits Gâteaux, a hands-on introduction to
classic French dessert baking.
Chefs Stephan Nason and Nuwan Hewamanage, two of L’OCA’s world-renowned pastry chefs, will guide you through how to craft a rich, buttery sablé dough, a glossy chocolate mirror glaze, fresh and tangy lemon curd, and a thick Italian meringue.
By the end of the class, you'll have applied these French baking techniques to create your own delicious Tarte au Citron and Chocolate Mousse, and will go home with the knowledge and detailed recipes to recreate these petit gâteaux at home, time and time again.
All work will be done in pairs. Those without a partner will be paired with another single participant.
