About your instructor
Mary Eldridge
Mary completed her horticulture education at Olds College in 2014. After working for two years in the U of A greenhouses, she ventured into various sectors of the industry, including landscaping, cut flower production, and indoor crop cultivation. Over the past three years, she has combined her passions for plants and design by immersing herself in the floral world. Mary especially enjoys expressing her creativity through floral arrangements, particularly when using unique flower varieties! For Mary, floriculture embodies the concept of biophilia—the innate human desire to connect with nature. She is a firm believer in the transformative power of plants and am dedicated to helping others experience this connection. Whether through beautifully curated blooms, educational initiatives, or functional herb gardens, she finds success in anything that brings joy and fosters a deeper appreciation for nature.

Enter through the South Entrance: Proceed straight towards the back of the building. L'OCA Labs is located just to the right of PYRO Pizzeria & Rotisserie.
Enter through the West Entrance: Proceed straight, past the green automobile in the produce department, turn left and continue towards the back of the building. L'OCA Labs is located just to the right of PYRO Pizzeria & Rotisserie.
