L’OCA’s deli has over 100 varieties of cheese… and L’OCA Cellars is filled with an incredible collection of wines from around the world.
Our sommelier has hand-selected exceptional wines with delectable cheeses and specialty pairings for this The Art of Pairing: Wine & Cheese course and will guide you through the tasting process, highlighting the flavours and textures that are so complimentary.
By the end of the class, you will gain the confidence to choose, serve, and pair a variety of cheeses and wines at home.

Once I arrive at L'OCA Quality Market, how do I find L’OCA Labs?
Enter through the South Entrance: Proceed straight towards the back of the building. L'OCA Labs is located just to the right of PYRO Pizzeria & Rotisserie.
Enter through the West Entrance: Proceed straight, past the green automobile in the produce department, turn left and continue towards the back of the building. L'OCA Labs is located just to the right of PYRO Pizzeria & Rotisserie.
