Butcher Approved Bacon! Using only Alberta pork, L’OCA butchers take their time to craft our bacon in-house using simple, high quality ingredients. It’s brined for 7 days, cured for 24 hours, then slowly smoked for 3 hours over Alberta Alder wood to produce bacon that is not too sweet, not too salty, and just right.
