L’OCA’s Turkey & Brie Sandwich is constructed on a foundation of flavours. A slice of our freshly baked white country sourdough is generously slathered with PYRO Chipotle Aioli. Thinly cut cucumber creates a crisp layer, followed by a generous amount of roasted turkey, a slab of double cream Brie, and a bed of fresh spinach. The top slice is then dressed with a spoonful of strawberry jam to create a sweet counterpoint to the smoky aioli.
