Why we like it

Spice up your brunch game with some ‘hair of the dog’!
The original Caesar cocktail was invented in Alberta, but the version we make inside Sherwood Park’s PYRO Wood-Fired Kitchen & Bar takes this Wild Rose Country creation to a brand new level!

We concocted L’OCATO Juice, a beef based substitute made from scratch with the best tomatoes in the world and absolutely no preservatives!
And we’ve also developed Sherwood Steak Spice, a bold Alberta-inspired blend that guarantees to revolutionize your Caesar Sundays!

Preparation Notes

Question: Is a Caesar really complete without a garnish?

At PYRO, we keep it classic with a pickle spear and a green olive.
But when you’re the bartender, feel free to garnish with what you have and what you like!
Just remember that a Caesar, and almost any other cocktail, is ultimately meant to be drunk before the ice melts.

Also, we should mention that PYRO's bartenders have created a top-secret weapon called Diablo Mix, but for your at-home Caesar, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce will add a similar depth of flavour.
