Using only the finest ingredients, including flowers sourced through Fiore by L’OCA, our talented team of pastry chefs create delicate layers, luscious fillings, and decadent icings in-house, so that every slice is an unforgettable part of your wedding day.

CLASSIC CAKE FLAVOURS:
Carrot: A classic, packed with pineapple, carrots, raisins, and nuts, with rich and creamy cream cheese icing between the layers.
White: Each layer is separated with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream.
Triple Chocolate: Chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream, chocolate ganache.

SIGNATURE CAKE FLAVOURS:
Honey Almond Cherry: Financier cake base with sour cherry and vanilla filling.
Lemon Meringue: A lemony sponge cake with lemon curd and a lemon buttercream, covered in a toasted meringue and dried citrus rounds.
Black Velvet: L’OCA’s twist on the red velvet cake! Naturally tinted black cacao powder gives this deep chocolate sponge its midnight shade, paired with a cream cheese Italian meringue buttercream.
Tiramisu: Literally meaning ‘pick me up,’ this tiramisu-inspired Italian buttercream layer cake contains all the happy goodness of coffee, cream, and espresso... as well as just a touch of liqueur.
